Having regard to the nature of injury sustained by the prosecution party, this Court, taking into account of the allegation for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dain Act, is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners by keeping in view that not only a person's hand was fractured but even another person was subjected to injury on his head as has been also substantiated in course of examination of injury by the doctor.

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, namely, Pramod Yadav and Subodh Yadav is hereby

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2547 of 2015 (3) dt.19-05-2015 rejected but, nothing said in this order shall come in the way of the petitioners in surrendering and making prayer for regular bail which shall be considered on its own merit.
