The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2018 in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no recovery from the possession of the petitioner but only on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police, the petitioner has been roped in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner is ready to abide by all the terms and conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33650 of 2018 (3) dt.11-07-2018 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge -1st, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018.
