Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2018. Similarly situated some other co-accused have been allowed bail vide order at Annexure 2 and 4 by different Co-Ordinate Benches of this Court and order at Annexure 3 by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Akbarnagar Police

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20828 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 Station Case No. 88 of 2017, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
