JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Both the petitioners, namely, Sita Yadav and Ajeet Yadav apprehend their arrest in Magadh Medical College P.S. Case No.122 of 2013 under Sections 341, 323, 452, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution, there was fighting between the informant party and the accused party. There are cases and counter cases, which are under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that there is case and counter case, I direct the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31496 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 petitioners named above to surrender before the court below within one month from today and on their so surrendering the petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical P.S.
