Petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulwari P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018 for the offence under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 34 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the possession of the petitioner one mobile and a cash of Rs. 4000/- was recovered and no arms was recovered from his possession to implicate him for the offence under the Arms Act. Considering the fact that one mobile and a cash of Rs. 4000/- recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the reason that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than four months,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33089 of 2018(2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ved Prakash Modi, Sub-Judge XV cum A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Phulwari P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 822 of 2018.
