2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 170/2018, dated 03.05.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 471, 379, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 60, 66(c) of the Information Technology Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused person are alleged to have impersonated the District Judge, Sitamarhi for withdrawal of 10 Lakhs from the informant's Bank account but the payment of the said amount was stopped on query. The petitioner went away from the Bank.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18839 of 2024(2) dt.08-04-2024 2/3 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has four criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The name of the petitioner was disclosed by the informant (Ashish Ranjan). There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 170/2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the following condition:
