ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections323/341/384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is the outcome of a conspiracy to implicate the petitioner as it is hardly believable that any one known to the informant would snatch money after taking him into an isolated place.

Considering the nature of allegation made, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46406 of 2017 (2) dt.22-09-2017 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 36 of 2017.
