The Interlocutory Application has been filed on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner making a prayer for deleting the statements made in paragraph nos. 4 and 11 of the modification application. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner tenders unqualified apology for the statements made in paragraph nos. 4 and 11 of the modification application. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer made in Interlocutory Application, I.A. No. 1851/2016 is allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to delete the paragraph nos. 4 and 11 of the modification application.

Considering the said facts, the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 3 and 4 is accepted. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the modification application. Permission is accorded.
The modification application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
