The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the D.P. Act.
According to the complaint petition the complainant has leveled allegation of dowry torture etc against her husband and other inlaws. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is ready to keep is wife with all dignity but the same is not acceptable to her. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is ready to deposit Rs. 2000/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the complainant.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25774 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report.
Considering the aforesaid facts the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs. 2000/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the complainant and thereafter, the above named petitioner in the vent of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Complaint Case No. 3593 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
