Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. F.I.R. of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. The petitioners are in custody since 09.07.2017. Submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Investigation of the case is already complete. The petitioners were never put on T.I. Parade. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31806 of 2018 (3) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Bounsi Police Station Case No.109 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
