2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.510 of 2021, which stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the order dated 13.12.2023 passed by this Court.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35522 of 2024(3) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 this application, explaining omission on the part of the petitioner, Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.510 of 2021 is restored to its original file.
