The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons administering poison to the deceased victim lady and killing her on account of non fulfillment of demand for dowry. The learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that the husband of the victim lady is in custody, hence the petitioner who is the father-in-law of the victim lady should be released on bail since no prejudice will be caused to the prosecution. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Saharsa in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017.
