====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-08-2021 The matter is placed through Video Conferencing. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 27.01.2021 passed in Cr.Appeal (SJ) No. 2013 of 2020, wherein at page no. 3 of the order, in place of "Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Gopalganj", it has wrongly been typed as Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Patna and as such, it has been prayed to make correction in the order to the above effect. It is further mentioned in paragraph - 4 of the petition that due to aforesaid defect, the petitioners could not surrender before the court below and file their bail-bonds and therefore, it has been prayed for extension of period of surrender.

In view of aforesaid fact, let "Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Gopalganj" may be read in place of Special Judge, SC/ST

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22906 of 2021(2) dt.04-08-2021 2/2 Act, Patna in order dated 27.01.2021 passed in Cr.Appeal (SJ) No. 2013 of 2021 and further four weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the court below. The modification petition is allowed to the above extent.
