The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 28 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354-A, 354-B, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner was harassing a school going girl since four months and ultimately, he not only intercepted her but also outraged her modesty while on way to the school, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application preferred under
