Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.178 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted that only one country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner along with another coaccused. This petitioner has no criminal antecedent except one case lodged under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code subsequent to this case.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, prayer of bail of the petitioner, at this stage, is rejected in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.178 of 2017, pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43334 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2 /2 the court of learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua. However, he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. (Arun Kumar, J.) S.Kumar/- U T
