The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 290 of I.P.C. and Sections 4, 5, 7 of Immoral Traffic Act.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons carrying out flesh trade from a house situated at Ashok Nagar and when the Police had surrounded the said house and raided the premises, various objectionable articles were found and various persons were found in objectionable position with females. The petitioner is stated to be one of the customers.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 30.03.2018. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Tanveer, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U T
