Petitioner is in custody in connection with Forest Case No. 32 of 2018 for the offence under sections 9, 27, 31, 38(21) 39, 44, 49A, 49B of the Indian Forest Act and Section 51 of Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for four months, let
