The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 381 of 2008 registered under Sections-414, 489(A), 489(C) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that seized motorcycle belonged to the petitioner and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten
