JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 495 of 2017 (G.R. No. 3475 of 2017) for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 342 and 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case specific allegation of snatching bag containing more than Rs. 2 lakhs was leveled against the Rewati Yadav, Guddu Yadav (petitioner) and Sanjay Yadav. He further submits that Rewati Yadav has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.05.2018 in Misc. Case No. 12439 of 2018 and Sanjay Yadav has been granted bail vide order dated 18.05.2018 in Misc. Case No. 31121 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32998 of 2018 (2) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 495 of 2017 (G.R. No. 3475 of 2017).
