JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kudhni P.S. Case No.01 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 364(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is the mother and father of the boy with whom the girl has eloped and has got married. The petitioners in any manner cannot be involved in the case.

Keeping in view the aforesaid aspect, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and in the event of arrest, they shall be released on bail subject to the
