The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 216 of 2017 dated 29.08.2017 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has transpired in the confession of one arrested accused person. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he has clean antecedent. The petitioner is gainfully employed as a Mechanic in Gujarat.
Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17813 of 2019(2) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Saran, Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 216 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
