Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of petitioner is covered by the decision of this Court. Mr.

Sundram, learned counsel for the Commission submits that the Commission has invited objections from all eligible candidates and the last date for filing objection was 18.03.2016. He submits that in view of the expiry of the last date for

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner should not suffer on account of technicality. Without going into the merit of the case, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Secretary of the Commission (respondent no.3), who shall examine the case of the petitioner and if the case of the petitioner is covered by any decision of this Court, the respondent Secretary will consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically and decide the same within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
