Petitioner apprehends arrest in Garhpura PS Case No. 2 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 337, 504, 406, 420, 341, 354, 506 and 379/34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that it was a friendly loan taken by the petitioner but false accusation was leveled, however learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is undertaking to return eleven thousand rupees to the informant, only on account of money dispute he has been falsely implicated and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Ashok Das is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today subject to the condition that a demand draft of eleven thousand rupees in favour of the informant is handed over to the informant at the time of surrender on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM IV Begusarai in connection with Garhpura PS Case No. 2 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
