Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of bail in Shahkund(Sajour) P.S. Case no. 238/2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, on 05.10.2020 unknown miscreants had broken the lock of the Gramin Bank and stolen Rs 134195/-, demand draft and some computer articles. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sagar Rajak.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26329 of 2021(3) dt.13-09-2021 2/2 Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 19.10.2020. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that some stolen articles have been recovered from the house of this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected.
