2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 121, 121A, 124A, 379, 419, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-a), 25(1-AA), 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act and under Section 39 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

3. The petitioner is said to have kept the AK 47 Rifle for two days in his house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2019.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23987 of 2024(3) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering his period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-7th, Munger/concerned Court below in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018 / S.T. No. 294 of 2021 subject to the following conditions as mentioned below:- i) Both the bailors should be close blood relative of the petitioner.

ii) The petitioner is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally of through his lawyer on the dates fixed in the trial Court.
