2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed the representation for grant of one more increment to the petitioner, from the date of his retirement i.e. on 30.06.2013 along with arrears and interest from the date of its applicability.

It has next been submitted that the representation in this regard, appending the Judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court, passed in Civil Appeal No. 2471 of 2003 (SLP (C) No. 6185 of 2020) on 11th April, 2023 and the resolution taken in this behalf by the State Government through Department of Finance dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.4517 of 2025(2) dt.25-09-2025 2/2 22.07.2024, has been submitted before the Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, for adjudication of his grievances, but no action has been taken.

Learned counsel representing Veer Kunwar Singh University, submits that the representation, which is said to have been filed by the petitioner, shall be examined by the concerned respondents and necessary order, taking into account the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of the Director (Admn. And Hr) Kptcl Vs. C.P. Mundinamani, shall be passed and on finding the grievances of the petitioner to be valid in law, necessary order shall be passed by the concerned respondents within a period of 08 weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.
