The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2018 in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 420, 417, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because of the fact that the biometric of the petitioner has not matched with the thumb impression, which was taken from him at the time of physical test, the petitioner has been taken into custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the
