2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 614 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have committed dacoity of Rs. 4 lac.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2023. He has got six criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the materials come in the investigation which connected the petitioner in the crime, I am not inclined to grant privilege of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. The petitioner
