The petitioner seeks regular bail in Sessions Trial No. 213 of 2015 arising out of Shanbhuganj P. S. Case No. 3 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act. Admittedly, the prayer of the bail of the petitioner has been rejected twice. Lastly on 07.12.2016 vide Cr. Misc. No. 43354 of 2016 taking into consideration direct allegation upon the petitioner to shot fire on the husband of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2015.
