2. The present writ petition has been filed to remove the lands of the petitioner from the Block list (Rok Suchi) as maintained by the Collectorate, Darbhanga.

3.Counsel for the petitioner submits that land of the petitioner is subject matter of Suit No.4520 of 2002, 4521 of 2002, 4522 of 2002 & 4623 of 2002 all dated 22.05.2019 passed under Section 106 of the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885 [Act VIII of 1885]. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has filed an application before the Settlement Officer, Darbhanga but her name did not come in the light of the said decree, whereas, there

Patna High Court CWJC No.4127 of 2023(3) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 is a decision for the lands in her favour. Counsel submits that due to non-updation of the current status in the Collectorate, Darbhanga the present problem has been arisen and petitioner's land has come in the Block list (Rok Suchi).

4. Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner may be directed to file a representation before the Collector, Darbhanga, as there is a decree in her favour passed under Section 106 of the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885 [Act VIII of 1885].

5. In this view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to represent herself before the Collector, Darbhanga for the redressal of her grievances within four weeks from today and the Collector, Darbhanga is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order in this regard within 6 weeks thereafter.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
