Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been implicated in this case due to village politics. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
