Petitioner is in custody in connection with Case No. 148 C2/18 for offenses punishable under section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition (Excise Act).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
