Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.06.2021. It is submitted that now charge has already been framed on 04.02.2022. Petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2020.

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 74 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 289 of 2021.
