NATH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioner no.1 who is mother-in-law and the petitioner no.2 who is Nanad (sister of the husband) of the deceased lady have prayed for anticipatory bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S.Case No. 202/2012 for the offence under Sections 498A, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 D.P.Act. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners and the allegation at the most is against the husband of the informant. It has also been submitted, relying on the statement made in paragraph-7 of the application, that the husband has filed a petition seeking divorce against the informant. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31567 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 for the petitioners, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya P.S.Case No.202/2012 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
