Petitioner is in custody in connection with Gayghat P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018, G.R No. 649 of 2018 for offenses punishable under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was driver of the Krishna Rath bearing No. BR31PA 1566. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is neither owner of the vehicle nor owner of the liquor. He submits that from the FIR itself it is manifest that the liquor belongs to one Navin Kumar Sharma and not this petitioner.

No.32390 of 2018(2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Gayghat P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018.
