The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2018 in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner in connection with the present case. The first information report was lodged against unknown but only on the basis of confessional statement made before the police by certain co-accused persons, the petitioner has been roped in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents and he cannot be indicted on the basis of his self-confession made before the police, which has no evidentiary value.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that as per the statement of the A.P.P., there is no further cogent material in the case diary so as to implicate the petitioner in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32543 of 2018 (3) dt.09-07-2018 connection with the present case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Xth, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018.
