It will be open to the said Tribunal to direct the competent and concerned authorities to produce the original records with regard to authenticity of the marks and the degrees, which was used by the petitioner for begetting employment under the respondents. They will also verify the authenticity of the exercise so done in light of Annexure- 9. If such an application is filed, the Tribunal will hear the matter on due priority and decide the same.
