The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Sections 304 (B), 120 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as this petitioner is concerned she is the married sister-in-law of the deceased. It is submitted that she has been falsely implicated in this case even as she is residing in her Sasural with her own family and has no concern with the family of the brother. Learned APP for the State is present.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is a married
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32379 of 2018 (2) dt.13-06-2018 2/2 sister-in-law and the submission is that she resides elsewhere with the family, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
