10-04-2019 Heard Sri Tribhuwan Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the 2nd attempt for grant of bail only in a very short span of time. Earlier, on 20-08-2018, vide Cr. Misc. No. 49851 of 2018, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected on merit. The petitioner is in custody in Bhabua P.S. Case No. 268 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that on merit, the prayer for bail of petitioner was earlier rejected, there is no reason to again entertain the same.

The prayer for bail stands dismissed.
