Petitioner is in custody in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018 for the offence under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354(B), 452, 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant case is a counter blast of the previous case as it would be evident from the FIR itself. Learned counsel submits that petitioner and other side have joined compromise which was accepted as evident from Annexure-2.

Considering the fact that petitioner and the informant have joined compromise and petitioner has remained in custody for nearly three months, let the petitioner, named above, be
