The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bachahan P.S. Case No.101 of 2016/G.R. No.2890 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Muzaffarpur.

The accusation is that on 13.07.2016, the informant Kamlesh Manjhi received information about the murder of his father and concealment the dead body of his father on the earth near Bandh. Thereafter, the informant went there after coming from his sasural and saw the dead body of his father there. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16440 of 2019(5) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 informant raised suspicion having hand of the petitioners and two others, named in the F.I.R., in committing the murder of his father.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. However, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
