2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 50 of 2025 instituted under Sections 30(a) and 30(d) of the Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 515 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.
