Petitioner seeks bail in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 188 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 379, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner as well there is general and omnibus allegation.
