The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 297 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 , 201 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner alleged to have committed murder of informant's daughter for demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is no eyewitness to the alleged occurrence. The petitioner was living separately from the deceased since 2012 and the petitioner never demanded any dowry as alleged. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and she is in jail custody since

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S.
