ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 14.12.2015, passed in Cr.Misc. No.13374 of 2014. It is submitted that due to certain unforeseen circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.287 of 2011 within the time fixed in the aforementioned order dated 14.12.2015.

Considering the reasons assigned in the present application, let the petitioner surrender within a period of three weeks from today.

However, in case the petitioner does not comply with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19212 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 the present order, the order passed earlier on 14.12.2015 in Cr. Misc. No.13374 of 2014 shall stand revoked.

The modification application is allowed to the said extent.
