Petitioner seeks bail in Dehri (T) (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No.740 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 365 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that boy has returned. No occurrence as alleged had taken place. Compromise has taken place between the parties. It is alleged in the written report that on 20.08.2018 son of the informant, Prince Kumar, aged about 13 years, had gone to attend the school, but on the way he was enticed by Mantu Kumar and he put pressure on the informant to perform marriage of her daughter with him and only then he will return the boy.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24838 of 2019(4) dt.09-07-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation against petitioner of committing any overt act with son of the informant.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Dehri, Rohtas, in connection with Dehri Nagar (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No.740 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
