The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 510 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a), 38(i) (ii) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner is not the owner of the alleged recovered motorcycle and he has no concern with the seized illegal liquor, as stated in paragraph no. 8 of the bail application. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
