This application has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in connection with Shahpur P. S. Case No. 71 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused of causing fire arm injury upon the informant. Informant received fire arm injury on his right leg near knee. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner of causing fire arm injury upon the informant. There were 5/6 unknown persons and four persons are named accused. There is only one injury inflicted upon informant, i.e., fire arm injury.
