The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dehri Nagar P.S. Case No. 749 of 2018 registered under Sections 379/411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that petitioner is not the owner of the alleged vehicle.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17134 of 2019(3) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri Nagar P.S. Case NO. 749 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
