2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case No. 686 of 2019.

3. As per FIR, the petitioner opened indiscriminate firing on the injured. One of the bullets hit the left chest of the informant, while the other hit his left arm. It has been mentioned further that the informant had made a written complaint against the petitioner in Hajipur police station and it was the reason that he opened fire on the informant.

4. On the other hand, Mr. J.N.Thakur, the learned APP for the State, has opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16934 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 the petitioner is the assailant who fired on the injured and two wounds of entry and two wounds of exit were found on the person of the injured. The petitioner is the person of criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, presently, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner the privilege of bail, which is hereby rejected.

6. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges.
